We are experienced in all file formats, including files with dedicated players, and can ensure your audio or video files are completed in the timeline required. Videoplus Transcription Services can prepare transcripts from files recorded in police interviews Ontario, cars or from body cams, recorded in police or investigative interview rooms, recorded over the telephone or via Zoom or other online portals. No matter the location or file format, our transcribers and proofers are available 24/7.
Provide us some preliminary details of the audio or video file(s) you need transcribed and upon completion of the form, submit the form, and you will be required to sign in and load your file. Our portal can receive files up to 4 gigabytes.
Our rates are dependent upon your requirements, but are billed by the minute, with different variables available or can be invoiced at Legal Aid Rates. Our secure uploading portal for police interviews Ontario keeps your file secure during transfer with SSL/TLS encryption protocols. In the cloud, storage of your files is kept safe using AES 256-bit encryption. Files are deleted within a specified time automatically.
Each of our team members have security clearance, and have signed a confidentiality agreement to ensure your file content is kept private and confidential.
